Support programmes

The Hasler Foundation performs its work primarily through the support programmes which it initiates.

Active support programmes
In order to achieve specific objectives, the Hasler Foundation launches special support programmes where the Foundation itself commissions projects. In the case of active support programmes, not only the projects themselves but associated measures such as PR work are also financed.

The FIT support programme has been running since 2006: Fit in IT in secondary schools , which promotes the teaching of IT in secondary schools.

Invitations for theme-based projects
Regularly every few years, the Hasler Foundation invites proposals for support programmes on a specific theme. The projects that are put forward are judged according to their relevance to the theme and their scientific quality.
