Support criteria for start-up companies

Within the framework of its purpose as a foundation, the Hasler Foundation provides support for company start-ups. Even if the Hasler Foundation only supports companies that are expected to achieve reasonable market success, its primary aim is to contribute towards the further development of the ICT sector to the benefit of Switzerland as a business location.

If the following criteria apply to your young company, you may be eligible for seed money from the Hasler Foundation:

• The product is an innovation in the field of ICT. The technology, processes and/or service is/are novel.
• The company is managed by an effective team which makes success seem likely. 
• The innovative product, process or service has obvious market potential. There is a clear plan in place for developing the market, and the company has already begun to make efforts to implement the plan. 
• The company owns the required intellectual property rights. The technology, process or service cannot be easily copied.
